As you complete the application, you will be prompted to upload or enter the following:

• Electronic Copies of the required training qualifications.
• A letter of interested to include conflagration response or incident management experience.
• Two professional references who may be contacted by OSFM or the Incident Commanders.
• The contact information of your fire chief, or if you are the fire chief, the individual having authority to approve your participation.

OSFM and our partners will review all applications and make selections. OSFM will notify you of your application’s status.
